All online orders ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT. 

Processing time: Our warehouse typically ships orders the same day until 12pm MT. Orders placed after that will ship the next day.

Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday only and some holiday closures apply to both shipping carriers and our warehouse. Transit times do not include weekend days or government holidays.

Busy shopping periods like Black Friday-Cyber Monday will take longer to process.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is available for all domestic orders over $49.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

Cost: $25.00

Service: 1-2 business day shipping. Orders placed before 1:30 pm MST will ship the same day. This is usually UPS 2-day but we reserve the right to ship other carriers for this service.

Transit Time: 1-2 business days

Don't forget to take weekends and holidays into account when calculating transit time. For example, an order placed at 5pm Friday of Memorial Day Weekend won't ship until Tuesday. In this case, Expedited Shipping would be delivered 1-2 business days starting Tuesday, which is approximately a Thursday delivery.

We are not responsible if the shipping carrier can't deliver in the promised time period assuming we handoff to the shipping carrier as planned.

Expedited orders do not qualify for free shipping.  

 

International Shipping

CANADIAN STANDARD SHIPPING

We are starting to ship via USPS-CANADA POST again. Please note with this service we are not responsible for duties that may result. If you have access to a U.S. address, we recommend using that to eliminate this variable.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have started to offer shipping to Europe, Australia and New Zealand. We are offering limited options to start. Please be advised we are not aware of the fees and duties applied by customs and the carrier.
