It's #GivingTuesday and we're donating 100% of all sales today to the Eastern Sierra Avalanche Center (ESAC). A nonprofit based in Mammoth Lakes, ESAC is a 100% community-funded private avalanche center that provides quality avalanche and snowpack information to local and visiting backcountry users in the Eastern Sierra Nevada with the goal of helping them make better decisions while traveling in avalanche terrain. The work they do helps people like you and me stay safe, have fun and enjoy the vast, untouched regions of the Eastern Sierra.

"As interest in backcountry skiing grows and more people discover the magic of skiing in the Sierra Nevada, the value of ESAC increases," said Nate Greenberg, president and a founder of ESAC. "I like to say to the community ‘this is YOUR avalanche center’ because I believe that we exist for the community – not to serve our own mission. By having the community read the bulletins and observations, contribute information back to the Center, and participate in education and outreach events, we all improve. That’s a big goal for us – constant improvement."
